Section X: Prohibited Practices and Bonus Abuse
X.1. The following activities in relation to our Services constitute "Prohibited Practices" and are strictly forbidden:
Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or incentives, including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts or exploiting promotional terms.
Creating or using Duplicate Accounts, defined as any additional accounts registered under the same name, household, postal address, IP address, email, device, or shared environment (e.g., public Wi-Fi, workplaces).
Using unfair advantages, such as collusion with others, fraudulent betting patterns, or tools to circumvent restrictions.
Attempting to hide or mask your IP address through anonymous proxies, VPNs, or other means to facilitate multi-accounting or bonus exploitation.
X.2. We employ advanced detection methods, including IP address tracking, device fingerprinting, and behavioral analysis, to identify Prohibited Practices. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect involvement in such activities (based on our fraud detection systems or reports from gaming partners), we reserve the right to:
Immediately suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, preventing further access, deposits, or withdrawals.
Void and forfeit all bonuses, free bets, promotions, and any winnings derived from them.
At our sole discretion, withhold or confiscate the entire account balance, including original deposits, to offset any losses incurred by the platform due to the abuse. Alternatively, we may refund deposits (less any voided winnings or administrative fees) if the violation is deemed minor, but this is not guaranteed.
Impose a penalty fee (e.g., up to 20% of the account balance) for identified abuse, even if the account is allowed to continue under restrictions.
X.3. In cases of severe or repeated violations, we may:
Recover any amounts owed from other accounts you hold with us or affiliated platforms.
Report the activity to relevant authorities, other gambling operators, payment providers, or financial institutions, including details of your identity and suspected fraud.
Ban your IP address, device, or associated payment methods (e.g., crypto wallets) from future registrations.
X.4. "Bonus Abuse" specifically includes, without limitation:
Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim deposit bonuses or promotions limited to one per user/household/IP.
Engaging in low-risk betting patterns solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine play.
Colluding with others to share bonuses or exploit offers.
X.5. Decisions regarding Prohibited Practices are final and at our discretion. You agree that we are not liable for any losses you incur as a result of enforcement actions. Appeals must be submitted to info@avainvest.org within [7] days, with supporting evidence, but are rarely overturned in cases of clear evidence like IP matching.
X.6. By using our Services and claiming any bonus, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Violations constitute a material breach of the T&Cs, and all transactions may be voided retroactively.
